2011 Article 2683 Civil Code, goods for which advertising is placed (registered personal property)

Article. 7 Decree-Law 07.04.2006, n. 223 ( Urgent measures concerning transfers of property and movable the Recorder ") provides the possibility for citizens to obtain authentication of the acts and statements regarding the sale of goods also registered with the municipal offices. The movable

GOODS FOR WHICH THE ADVERTISING AND `READY`
1. Must be made public by means of transcription, observed in other forms of publicity provided by law, the acts mentioned in Art. following as their object:
1) ships and floating on the registers indicated by the Navigation Code;
2) aircraft registered in the register designated by the same code;
3) vehicles Members of the public vehicle register.
